- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Suji
- 3/4 Maida
- Dry Fruits
How To Make Suji And Maida Cake :
- Firstly, In a bowl, take ghee.
- Now add powdered sugar to it.
- Mix continuously in one direction till the mixture turns silky smooth.
- Now, add milk in it, mix well
- Add suji and mix well.
- Now add maida and mix it well.
- Also, add baking powder and baking soda, mix well
- Now transfer to a cake tin and add some dry fruits.
- Put a stand in the pressure cooker.
- Place the cake tin in a pressure cooker and close it without the whistle.
- Cook it for 20 mins.
- Further, cool down the cake.
- Finally, cut the cake and serve suji and maida cake along with your masala tea as an evening snacks.
